What we refer to as a bonus or promotion may include free spins, any type of bonus, or any amount added directly to your player account when a deposit is made.
Additional offers or special promotions may be presented to you and will be available on our promotions page. If no additional conditions are specified, the general terms and conditions of our bonuses will apply.
1. How cash and bonus balances work
1.1 When a deposit is made, its amount is placed into a "cash balance" and the associated bonus amount is placed into a "bonus balance".
1.2 The cash balance amount may be withdrawn at any time in accordance with the general withdrawal conditions (see 4. Withdrawals of the General Terms and Conditions of Use).
1.3 When a player has an active bonus, the cash balance will be used first, followed by the bonus balance.
1.4 Bonuses and any associated winnings are withdrawable once the bonus wagering requirements are met. The progress of the bonus wagering requirements is visible in the "Balances" tab of your cashier.
2. Bonus wagering requirements
2.1 By default, the amount to wager is 40 times the bonus amount unless otherwise stated in the promotional offer.
2.2 Only bets placed from the bonus balance contribute to the wagering requirements for that bonus.
2.3 When the player fully meets the wagering requirements, the bonus balance is automatically transferred to the cash balance.
2.4 If the player requests a withdrawal before completing the wagering requirements, the active bonus and any pending free spins will be automatically forfeited.
2.5 Each game has a different contribution level toward the wagering requirements. Slot games contribute 100%, video poker contributes 20%, table games and live dealer games contribute 5%. Other games do not contribute to the wagering requirements.
2.6 The maximum time to meet the bonus wagering requirements is 30 days. After this period, the bonus balance will be cancelled.
2.7 When a bet uses both cash balance and bonus balance, this is called a "mixed bet". In that case, all winnings are credited to the bonus balance.
2.8 The maximum allowed bet when using a bonus is 10 INR per spin. If the player places a bet greater than this amount, the bonus and the winnings will be voided.
3. Free spins
3.1 Winnings obtained from free spins are directly credited to the cash balance without wagering requirements.
3.2 The withdrawal limit for winnings generated from free spins is 300 INR.
3.3 Free spins are valid for a period of 7 days from the date of issue, unless otherwise stated in the promotional offer.
3.4 Deposits related to free spins can only be withdrawn provided they have been wagered at least once on slot machine games.
3.5 Any withdrawal request cancels free spins present in the account that have not been activated by the player at the time of such withdrawal.
4. Jackpots
4.1 All jackpot amounts displayed on the site are for informational purposes only. The amount of each jackpot is shown in the game window provided for this purpose once the game has been launched.
4.2 When a jackpot is won, it is immediately reset on the site server. This occurs in real time; however, it is possible that the display can only be reset after a short period. Regardless of the amount of the jackpot displayed in the game, the jackpot amount on the server at the moment of the win is the reward that will be paid.
4.3 Any progressive jackpot payout equal to or greater than INR 50,000 may require an additional 14 days for processing.
5. General bonus rules
5.1 By participating in promotions and/or by accepting to receive the bonus(es) offered by Dreamplay One Casino, the player hereby automatically declares acceptance of the terms and conditions related to the offer or bonus as well as the general terms and conditions of promotions/bonuses which are listed on this page.
5.2 A player may obtain a maximum of one (1) bonus per promotional offer unless otherwise stated in the terms and conditions of one of our promotions.
5.3 Bonuses and promotional offers are not cumulative (unless otherwise stated) and can only be granted once per person, per household, per residential address or per IP address.
5.4 Unless otherwise stated, the minimum deposit required to qualify for a bonus is INR 10.
5.5 If a player is eligible to receive a bonus, the time limit to claim it is 24 hours. This period is 30 days for the welcome bonus only.
5.6 In the case of free bonuses obtained outside any promotion, the maximum permitted withdrawal is 20 times the bonus amount.
5.7 The maximum withdrawal amount following the receipt of a no-deposit sign-up bonus is limited to INR 100
5.8 We reserve the right to cancel any bonus as well as winnings related to it in case of fraud or in the event the player has placed almost zero-risk bets solely for the purpose of meeting the bonus wagering requirements.
5.9 Any winnings related to an illegitimate bonus may be subject to cancellation of the bonus or the related winnings.
5.10 Any game manipulation such as the use of the Martingale practice, the Paroli Betting System or Bonus Hunt (non-exhaustive list) is not permitted and may result in the cancellation of related winnings.
5.11 These practices may also lead to suspension of the account and/or any promotional offer for the player.
5.12 Players also have the right to choose not to receive bonuses. In that case, they must contact customer support before placing any bet and/or starting to play in order to remove the current bonus and to disable receipt and display of any future bonuses.
5.13 Players from the following countries are not eligible for our promotions: Finland, Sweden, Norway, South America and Central America (non-exhaustive list).
5.14 Dreamplay One Casino also reserves the right to modify, add or remove any information related to bonuses and promotions as well as to the terms and conditions. In case of modification, the date of the last update will be indicated at the bottom of these terms and conditions.

5.16 Bonuses offered by Dreamplay One Casino are intended solely for players seeking entertainment. Abuse of bonuses or our promotions is not permitted.
5.17 In case of abuse, we reserve the right to cancel, suspend or block any player account, as well as to cancel/revoke any ongoing gaming activity and to refund the initial deposit.
5.18 Dreamplay One Casino reserves the right to prohibit a player from receiving our promotions at any time, for a defined or indefinite period, at the discretion of management.
5.19 In case of dispute, the decision made by the management of Dreamplay One Casino shall prevail and be final.
